It’s been a rough two years for Zac Taylor’s introduction to being a head coach in the NFL.
Last year, the Bengals were without their best offensive weapon for the entire season after A.J. Green suffered a fluke injury on the first day of training camp. While the 2019 team certainly had a lot of issues, they would have likely won at least half of the eight one-score losses they suffered without their best pass-catcher.
But while losing Green was tough, the Bengals should still have won more than two games.
This year, the Bengals had to break in a rookie quarterback with no real offseason workouts or preseason.
