CINCINNATI -- Bengals cornerback Adam Jones was released from jail on bond Wednesday morning, more than 24 hours after being booked on misdemeanor charges of assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing official business, as well as a felony count of harassment with a bodily substance.
Jones had to spend the night in jail while waiting for a blood test, which could not be taken until Wednesday morning.
"I'll let everything play out in court," Jones told reporters after being released Wednesday. "Obviously, without getting into it, none of this makes sense."
Jones demonstrated lightly poking someone on the arm.
