The Bengals lost 16-13 to the Steelers in their season finale to finish with a record of 6-10. They also finish with an NFL-leading 18 players on injured reserve and suffered a couple more injuries in their final bout.
Considering this is the end of the year, it should also be pointed out that the Bengals struggles started before their injured reserve looked like a grocery list. This was a team that didn’t have nearly enough depth, and the coaching staff wasn’t good enough to get anything out of their backups.
Cody Core, wide receiver (Arm)
Core was knocked out of the game late in the first quarter with an arm injury.
