As the offseason is quickly coming to an end, the time of year for power rankings is coming. A tool used by writers and analysts to give people an idea on how the see everyone ranked 1 through 32 that typically gets updated week-to-week to show how teams will ebb and flow.
ESPN is attempting something different with their future power rankings. These are meant to show how well setup each team is for the next three seasons by grading a number of factors like quarterback situation, non-quarterback roster, coaching and front office from one to 100.
