It’s already been a roller-coaster season for offensive lineman Alex Redmond. Redmond went from being without of a job, to Cincinnati Bengals practice squad player, to starting right guard in a month.
The Bengals waived Redmond on Sept. 6. He was searching for a job on the open market for two weeks, contemplating if he was going to play this season.
"I didn't think I was going to play here again until I realized that the market wasn't really set for me. So, I pretty much came to the realization I'm either going to be playing for the Bengals or I am going to be sitting at home.
