Bengals give Trey Hopkins a 3-year extension

For the first time since Kyle Cook, the Bengals have a center they can rely on.

The Bengals today signed C Trey Hopkins to a three-year contract extension that runs through the 2022 season. It will pay Hopkins a total of $20.4M and $4.5M will be guaranteed, per Ian Rapoport.

The #Bengals and starting C Trey Hopkins have reached a 3-year extension worth $20.4M, source said. He gets $4.5M in a guaranteed roster bonus. Hopkins will earn $8.95M in year one and $14.4M after year 2.
