With the 81st selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati Bengals took Georgia Bulldogs guard Dylan Fairchild.
The 6-foot-5, 318-pound Fairchild played sparingly over his first two years in Athens, then became a full-time starter at left guard during the 2023 season.
This past season, Fairchild started all 14 games at left guard, earning Second-Team AP All-American honors. He earned a 74.6 overall grade at Pro Football Focus, highlighted by an 87.0 pass-blocking grade.
After going with defensive end in the first round and linebacker in the second round, the Bengals’ third-round choice winds up being what was clearly their biggest remaining need at offensive guard.
