Bengals defense holds a players-only meeting

Despite the Cincinnati Bengals offense giving its best effort in recent weeks, the team is 1-4. They are now looking to climb out of what center Ted Karras called “football hell " and find answers.

After holding the Baltimore Ravens to just 61 rushing yards through three quarters in Week 5, the defense fell apart in the 4th quarter and overtime, surrendering 114 rushing yards in that span.

When speaking to the media Wednesday, Bengals cornerback Mike Hilton told ESPN’s Ben Baby that the defense has been playing “like s*** for real.”
