The Cincinnati Bengals have announced a flurry of roster moves, which includes two new additions to the 53-man roster, as well as a pair of players being cut. The team also announced the initial practice squad.
The Bengals landed defensive back Nick McCloud off of waivers from the Buffalo Bills and defensive end Wyatt Ray from the Tennessee Titans.
To make room, the Bengals terminated the contract of veteran wide receiver Mike Thomas and waived first-year wide receiver Trenton Irwin.
McCloud, weighing in at 6-foot-1 and 190 pounds, is a rookie out of the University of Notre Dame who was a college free agent signee of the Bills in May.
