The Cincinnati Bengals have cleared defensive end Myles Murphy and defensive tackle McKinnley Jackson to return to practice and designated Jackson for return from the injured reserve list, the team announced on Wednesday,
Murphy has been on the IR list and designated for return since August 27th with a knee injury, while Jackson has been on the list since August 29th with a knee injury.
Today starts a 21-day period in which both players may practice with the team without counting against the 53-player active roster. Both can be activated to the roster at any time during that period.
