The Bengals have now designated two players to return from the Reserve/Injured list by clearing CB Darius Phillips to return to practice today.
Phillips has been on the R/I list since September 26th with a knee injury he suffered against the Bills back in Week 3. He was originally eligible to return last week after eight weeks had passed since he was placed on the R/I list. Since John Ross III had previously been cleared for practice, Phillips becomes the second and final player the Bengals could’ve designate for return from the R/I list this season.
