The Bengals will be without veteran linebacker Preston Brown against the Ravens on Thursday.
Brown, who intercepted a pass against the Colts on Sunday, was listed a questionable with an ankle injury but didn't feel good enough to go after testing it pregame. It is the first game Brown has missed in his five-year NFL career.
Second-year linebacker Hardy Nickerson will start in his place and third-round pick Malik Jefferson was activated for the first time in his career.
Elsewhere, the inactives are the same as the season opener four days ago.
- WR Cody Core
- WR Auden Tate
- RB Mark Walton
- LB Preston Brown
- OL Christian Westerman
- OL Cedric Ogbuehi
- DT Josh Tupou
Despite a rough first game for right tackle Bobby Hart, the Bengals still opted to keep 2015 first-round pick Cedric Ogbuehi inactive.
