The Cincinnati Bengals looked like a lost cause over their first two games.
Despite a pair of solid outings by the defense and special teams, Cincinnati’s offense was painfully awful, not to mention crippling this team into bottom-feeder status.
Thankfully, the Bengals cured their offensive woes by firing the man largely responsible for them; Ken Zampese. He was replaced with a far better play-caller in Bill Lazor, who actually had a long career of running offenses in college and the NFL. Lazor was far more ready to take this talented offense and help it reach its potential.
