The Cincinnati Bengals have announced the hiring of three assistants for the team’s 2019 coaching staff.
They include Jemal Singleton (running backs), Joey Boese (strength and conditioning) and Doug Rosfeld (director of coaching operations).
Singleton, age 43, comes to the Bengals from the Oakland Raiders, where he was running backs coach in 2018. Previously, he was running backs coach for the Indianapolis Colts from 2016-17.
Singleton began his coaching career as a prep assistant at the Air Force Academy in 2000. After serving his military commitment, he returned to Air Force, where he continued through 2010 as varsity assistant coach (2003-05), running backs coach (’06) and running backs coach/run game coordinator (’07-10).
