The Cincinnati Bengals have activated wide receiver John Ross III to the 53-player roster from the Reserve/Injured list and waived wide receiver Damion Willis.
Ross, a third-year player, spent the last eight games on the Reserve/Injured list due to a sternoclavicular injury suffered in Game 4 at Pittsburgh. He played in the Bengals’ first four games this season, and had 16 catches for 328 yards and three touchdowns.
Willis, a rookie, originally was a college free agent signee of the Bengals in May. He had played in 10 games (two starts) this season, and totaled nine catches for 82 yards.
