Lemar Parrish was a dual-threat player for the Bengals in his eight years with the team, as a force both at cornerback and on kick returns.

A seventh-round pick out of Lincoln University of Missouri in 1970, he was named to the Pro Bowl in his rookie season after intercepting five passes, forcing two fumbles and averaging 30.1 yards per kick return. He also returned a kick and a punt for touchdowns in 1970.

And that was just the beginning. From 1970-77, Parrish averaged 24.7 yards per kick return and 9.2 yards per punt return for the Bengals, returning five kicks in total for touchdowns.
