Assessing the value the Bengals got in Erick All

The Cincinnati Bengals double-dipped at the tight end position in the 2024 NFL Draft, which began with Iowa’s Erick All in Round 4, followed by Arizona’s Tanner McLachlan in Round 6.

All, selected 115th overall, could have gone much higher had it not been for a midseason ACL tear he suffered in the 2023 season. It was his first and only year with the Hawkeyes after spending the previous four seasons with the Michigan Wolverines.

Heading into the draft, most experts viewed All as a mid-to-late Day 3 prospect, though one outlet thought he could be worthy of a late Day 2 selection, while another thought he should go undrafted.
