LANDOVER, MD – Another road game and another loss. The Cincinnati Bengals fell to the Washington Football Team 20-9 in an empty FedExField on Sunday afternoon.
The Bengals are now 0-13-1 under coach Zac Taylor. Cincinnati hasn’t won a road game since Week 4 of the 2018 season.
However, the story wasn’t about the Bengals dropping to 2-7-1. Bengals franchise quarterback and No. 1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, Joe Burrow, suffered a left knee injury in the third quarter of the Week 11 game and did not return.
