CINCINNATI -- Like countless others who have played for Marvin Lewis, Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Adam Jones has drawn such a close relationship with the head coach that he considers him to be a father figure.
Now that Jones has agreed to a new three-year deal that keeps him in stripes through the 2018 season, he's hopeful "Dad" Lewis will give him something he wants. If not, Jones contends he'll be angry.
Specifically, Jones is looking for Lewis to keep handing him the reins to the Bengals' punt and kick return jobs, while also letting him start at cornerback.
