CINCINNATI -- Adam Jones is adamant the final NFL uniform he wears will be the Cincinnati Bengals'.
"I truly know I will retire as a Bengal," the 32-year-old cornerback said Thursday during an interview on SportsCenter. He added that the three-year, $20 million deal he signed with the Bengals earlier this week would not be the last contract of his career.
The sixth overall pick in the 2005 draft, Jones spent two controversy-filled seasons with the Tennessee Titans before spending another with the Dallas Cowboys. Cut in February 2009, Jones was out of football for a year before the Bengals signed him in May 2010.
