The Cincinnati Bengals lost to the Chicago Bears 27-3 in Week 2 of the preseason. Though Cincinnati's starting defense showed promise, the Bears dominated the rest of the way in a game marred by rain and penalties.
Fortunately, the Bengals did evaluate some of their backups. Here are the best and worst from the game.
