Sam Wyche goes down as one of the most memorable coaches in Cincinnati history - partly due to his success as the second winningest Bengals coach in franchise history. But also because of moments like this:
Go back to December of 1989, when Bengals fans began throwing snowballs onto the field. In protest of a call, they aimed for the referees and the opposing Seahawks. Wyche was given a microphone to settle the crowd down and stopped the onslaught of snowballs, but reignited an intrastate fire between the rival fan bases in Ohio.
