The 17-2 Cincinnati Bearcats and 14-5 Xavier Musketeers are ranked in the Top 25 in the Associated Press and USA TODAY Coaches Poll entering Thursday's Crosstown Shootout at UC.
UC ranks No. 19 in both polls. XU is No. 24 in the AP Top 25, and No. 22 in the Coaches Poll.
In the USA TODAY poll, the Bearcats climbed one spot this week from No. 20. The Musketeers dropped three spots from No. 19.
The Bearcats have lost three consecutive Crosstown Shootouts. Fifth Third Arena is sold out for Thursday night's game.
