Where does UC's 13-game winning streak stand in Bearcats' record book?

The University of Cincinnati's 13-game winning streak is moving up the charts in the Bearcats' men's basketball record book.

No. 8-ranked UC (20-2 overall, 9-0 American Athletic Conference this season) beat Houston 80-70 on Wednesday night, the Bearcats' 13th straight victory. UC's longest winning streak in the 12-year Mick Cronin coaching era is 15 games, on three occasions (most recently in the 2016-17 season).

The school record for consecutive wins is 37, spanning the 1961-62 and 1962-63 seasons. UC won its final 18 games in winning the 1962 NCAA title, then won its first 19 games in the 1962-63 season.
