The most intriguing game in the league this week is Memphis at Temple. By game time, Temple may be able to clinch the East division with a win, while Memphis has been eliminated from the West division race. Despite being eliminated, I expect Memphis to come out fighting – They have a chance to post the school’s first 10-win regular season since 1938 (their 10th win in 2014 came in the Miami Beach Bowl), and jockey for bowl position. And of course, hanging over the Owls’ heads is that scenario where they could choke away the East division.
