University of Cincinnati volleyball head coach Molly Alvey has been named head coach of the USA Collegiate National Team that will tour Europe this summer, as announced by USA Volleyball.
It will be the second consecutive year that the Bearcats have had two representatives in the USA CNT system after sophomore right-side hitter Jordan Thompson (Edina, Minn./Edina) previously was named the CNT that will travel to Thailand in May. Thompson also earned a spot on the team in 2016, while associate head coach Phillip White served as an assistant coach.
Alvey will coach the Collegiate National Team that will tour Europe July 6-16.
