LAS VEGAS – Having only ventured outside the friendly confines of Fifth-Third Arena for neutral court games, the Cincinnati Bearcats wanted to be tested on the road in a true road game environment.
The Bearcats got the test they were seeking against the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and passed it.
UC improved to 7-1 overall on the 2018-19 season with a tidy 65-61 victory against the UNLV Runnin' Rebels (4-3) Saturday at the university's on-campus Thomas and Mack Center.
