Two programs that dominated the 1960s history of the NCAA basketball tournament meet Wednesday night at Fifth Third Arena. It will be the first time the University of Cincinnati has ever hosted UCLA on their home floor.
The renovated Fifth Third Arena has been on public display since Nov. 1, but the Bearcats/Bruins game has been billed as the "grand opening". As such, former stars from the early 60s and the early 90s teams that advanced to the Final Four and beyond are expected to be on hand.
