The 11-2 Cincinnati Bearcats men's basketball team is among others receiving votes in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll as well as the Coaches Poll after losing just once since its season-opening loss to the Ohio State Buckeyes.
UC received 11 votes in the AP poll, good for a ranking of 30th overall, and 34 in the Coaches Poll, good for No. 28. The two teams that have defeated the Bearcats, Ohio State and Mississippi State, are both 11-1 this season. The Buckeyes rank 13th in the AP and tied for 11th in the Coaches, and the Bulldogs rank 19th in the AP and 17th in the Coaches.
