Tulane Has the Historic Edge on Cincinnati

Your Cincinnati Bearcats have not fared well historically against our friends from New Orleans.

The Tulane Green Wave hold an 11-6 advantage in the all-time series against the Cincinnati Bearcats.

The Bearcats dropped their first 4 meetings against Tulane, a cluster of games that took place over the first three-quarters of the 20th century.

Tony Mason’s Bearcats of ‘76 finally got a win against the Green Wave, a 21-14 decision down in New Orleans, but that was hardly the beginning of smooth sailing.

Until the clubs began playing in the AAC in the past decade, Tulane held an 11-3 advantage in the series.
