This week’s press conference with head coach Tommy Tuberville was your typical one; the big man recapping the previous game, looking ahead to the next game, and the Q&A with the media. But his comments about UC’s quarterbacks Gunner Kiel and Hayden Moore were interesting.
“He’s a little pissed off”, the head coach says of Kiel, having been benched for Moore before the BYU game. In the days and weeks leading up to this game it was assumed both players were in a dead heat for the starting job last Thursday, especially considering Kiel was medically cleared in the Monday prior.
