University of Cincinnati football coach Luke Fickell has led the Bearcats to 11-win seasons, including two bowl victories, each of the past two years.
Fickell has strung together the two highest-rated recruiting classes in program history and has the Bearcats planted firmly in the top 10 of the College Football Playoff rankings.
The one accomplishment that has eluded the 47-year-old coach in his four seasons at Cincinnati is a championship.

"That was the goal when we walked in here," Fickell said.
