Luke Fickell has done an incredible job as head coach of the Cincinnati Bearcats and a big reason for that is how he and his staff have recruited. In his first year on campus, Fickell and company put together the No. 1 class in the American Athletic Conference and two years into his tenure, the Bearcats have already had an 11-win season and won a bowl game for the first time since 2012.
The 2019 season’s recruiting class has not been as widely heralded, ranking sixth in the AAC, according to 247 Sports. However, there is no reason to fear that Fickell and his staff were just a flash in the pan, especially with how the 2020 class has begun to take shape.
