Samari Curtis, Ohio's Mr. Basketball and Xenia High School's all-time leading scorer who recently decommitted from the Cincinnati Bearcats - after earlier decommitting from the Xavier Musketeers - announced via Twitter on Wednesday evening that he's committed to Nebraska.
The Cornhuskers introduced new head coach Fred Hoiberg last month.
Virginia Tech was also believed to be a finalist for Curtis. Two minutes after he tweeted earlier this month that he reopened his recruitment, he announced - also via Twitter - that he had received an offer from the Hokies.
