The University of Cincinnati Bearcats are among four candidates that are the focus of Big 12 Conference expansion talks, according to reports via Twitter from ESPN, The Athletic and the Dallas Morning News.
Brigham Young University, University of Houston and University of Central Florida are the other three candidates. UCF and Houston are in the American Athletic Conference with UC, while BYU is in the West Coast Conference for most sports.
