The University of Cincinnati Bearcats completed a five-play, 80-yard drive late in the first half against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish with a 27-yard touchdown pass from Desmond Ridder to Tre Tucker to give UC a 17-0 lead the Bearcats took into halftime in South Bend.
"Those cheers you hear are Cincinnati fans who loved the first 30 minutes!" Mike Tirico said as halftime arrived during NBC's broadcast.
