The nationally ranked and nationally recognized Cincinnati Bearcats play host this Saturday to a struggling Tulsa Golden Hurricane club.
Tulsa has struggled to a 2-4 mark midway through the 2019 season. Philip Montgomery’s club has demonstrated some offensive prowess but has proven unable to stop very many of their opponents on defense. Tulsa is surrendering nearly 33 points per game. They have proven particularly vulnerable against the run, allowing more than 200 yards per game.
Tulsa is led by junior quarterback Zach Smith, who is a quintessential big, strong Texas-raised signal caller.
