Ohio's Mr. Basketball, Samari Curtis, who had committed to play basketball for Mick Cronin at the University of Cincinnati, announced on Twitter that he was reopening his commitment.
"After talks with my family i want to announce the national letter of intent committee has granted my release and I will be re-opening my recruitment." The Xenia High School star tweeted out.
Curtis signed a letter of intent with UC in November and after Cronin departed for UCLA in April, Xenia coach Kent Anderson said he had talked with Curtis and he would honor his agreement.
