The differences between the Murray State University and University of Cincinnati football teams are obvious.
Murray State, which is located in Murray, Kentucky, about a five-hour drive southwest of Cincinnati's main Clifton campus, is an FCS school, competing in the Ohio Valley Conference.
Defending American Athletic Conference champion Cincinnati remains outside of the FBS's Power Five conferences, but is the highest-ranked Group of Five team in the country.
"A lot of guys may not know exactly who they are, what conference they're in, this, that and the other thing, but that's not a big deal," UC coach Luke Fickell said.
