Mary Wineberg and David Payne, former teammates at the University of Cincinnati and medalists at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, are hosting a speed and agility camp for 6th through 12th graders June 29-30 at Wyoming High School (Payne's alma mater).
The camp, presented by Xplosive Athletics, features personalized technique evaluations, speed and agility drills and a meet and greet with professional athletes, and includes a camp T-shirt and autographed photo. The cost is $150 per camper.
Wineberg won a gold medal in the 4x400-meter relay at the 2008 games, while Payne won a silver medal in the 110-meter hurdles.
