Updated 8:03 p.m. - Kickoff is coming in about two minutes. UC and Miami players finished their warm-ups amid heavy rain. The crowd was sparse during warm-ups but the lower bowl has started to fill in, with a 100 percent chance of rain for most of the game.
There is a relatively large turnout of UC students in one end zone. Some fans are toughing it out in the lower decks, but many also are huddled in the few covered areas in the lower bowl of the stadium.
