White was the first big-name local recruit to commit to Cincinnati during the Luke Fickell era of the program, doing so on Jan. 3. White, a three-time state champion with the Lancers, was a three-time all-GCL-S first-teamer and helped the Lancers claim their first-ever outright GCL-S title as a senior. A two-way player in high school he'll focus on defense at UC.
