Wes Miller's march toward the 2022-23 season continued Wednesday.
The University of Cincinnati men's basketball coach landed a commitment from Indiana transfer Rob Phinisee. The 6-foot-1, 187-pound guard announced his commitment to the Bearcats in a Twitter post.
Phinisee, who chose Cincinnati over Butler, is the second commitment Miller received from a transferring player in less than a week. Former Old Dominion captain Kalu Ezikpe announced Friday his intention to play his final year of eligibility for the Bearcats.
Phinisee, a Lafayette, Indiana, native, also comes to Cincinnati with one year of eligibility remaining.
