Former Cincinnati Bearcats standout guard Troy Caupain, who turned 23 last week, scored 28 points, grabbed nine rebounds and added seven assists in the Lakeland Magic's 130-124 win against the Long Island Nets on Sunday in NBA G-League action.
In NBA Summer League action for the Orlando Magic in July, Caupain scored a team-high 14 points and added eight rebounds and a game-high five assists against the Utah Jazz.
The Magic had announced earlier that week that they signed Caupain to a two-way contract, allowing him to spend up to 45 days during the 2018-19 season on the Magic's active or inactive roster.
