WEST HARRISON, Indiana – Among the Louisville Cardinal transfers who came north to be part of Scott Satterfield's University of Cincinnati Bearcats, none knows more of the area than offensive lineman Luke Kandra.
He was a key early pick-up for Satterfield's staff last December having played 21 games on the Cardinal's line the past two seasons. Plus, he brings a load of local knowledge and pride having been a three-sport athlete roughly five miles away at Elder High School.
The move reunites Kandra with coach Nic Cardwell, who led the Louisville line last year. It also gets him closer to his family and his twin brother Collin who plays at Mount St.
