Broome, a 6-foot, 160-pound guard, is coming off a prolific sophomore season with the Pioneers where he averaged 23.1 points per game, en route to being named the NEC Player of the Year. His scoring outburst as a second-year player wasn't completely unexpected after Broome averaged 14.
