No one in Cincinnati has been happy these last few years being relegated to the American Athletic Conference. The silver lining in my mind was that we would get to start playing Central Florida who has been very respectable for the last few seasons. Sadly, the wheels have fallen off at UCF. 22 months ago this program did what UC has never been able to do and won a BCS bowl game (against Baylor nonetheless). I’ve been looking forward to this matchup for a long time and it’s a shame it has to come against an 0-8 team who just fired their coach.
