Shaq Thomas and Jacob Evans added 10 each for the Bearcats (3-0). Coreontae DeBerry had 12 rebounds and Gary Clark 10 to lead a 49-38 edge on the boards.
Cincinnati led by four, 35-31, at halftime but opened the second half on an 18-2 run before the Falcons (1-1) got their first field goal with 14:02 left.
