For the second straight day, newly hired University of Cincinnati men's basketball coach Wes Miller snatched a player from his former school, UNC Greensboro.
Former Spartans forward Jarrett Hensley announced Friday that he was transferring to Cincinnati to continue to play for Miller.
The 6-foot-8, 205-pound Merriam, Kansas, native followed former UNC Greensboro teammate Hayden Koval in committing to Miller and the Bearcats. The 7-foot-1, 220-pound Koval announced his commitment Thursday night.
Hensley averaged 1.8 points in 29 games (one start) as a freshman last season under Miller, who was hired at Cincinnati on April 15.
