University of Cincinnati football coach Luke Fickell wasn't sure what time the College Football Playoff selection show starts when asked about it Tuesday afternoon.
"I forgot that that was going on tonight," he said. "What time? I have no idea. Don't we have a radio show?"
Fickell's weekly radio show airs live from 8-9 p.m. on WLW-AM (700). Before that, the first College Football Playoff rankings of the season will be released at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
The 13-member selection committee will rank its top 25 teams in the FBS. The committee's most current rankings will be released on each of the next four Tuesday nights.
